Verified reviewI made a mistake in ordering a part that was not compatible with my car, they emailed me as soon as possible to let me know of the issue and to either see if there was a correct part or to cancel and get a refund. Unfortunatley there waere no comparible parts for my car amd they had my money back and refunded within the same day. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend ordering from them.

Verified reviewEven though I haven't received my order yet, they have kept me in the loop on where my order is. Other shops wouldn't even care to do that. I love that they were the ones that contacted me first. That goes a long way for me. I will use them to buy parts for my type r as long as they have them in stock!

Nathan, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I do wish to clear up some info here. As we had mentioned in communications with you on 5/28, the order had been placed over the long holiday weekend (Memorial Day), when we were closed. As such, it began to process through the following business day, 5/28. Order may take 24-48 hours to fully update and we did provide you one shortly after. As mentioned in our communications, the manufacturer where this item was being sent from was having issues and was unable to complete the order. Due to this, and the time constraints you were under, the order had been cancelled and a refund was issued. We do apologize for this inconvenience. However, we did not leave you in the dark and did communicate with you. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we did everything in our power to both ensure you are kept up to date and maintain communications with the manufacturer. Though the manufacturer failed to complete their end of the purchase, we made this decision based on this failing of theirs. Unfortunately, due to delays in their productions line, some visors are out of stock at this time with a long delay. Though they are long waits, we do have estimates as to when they should be available again.
