    I had a great experience with them, even though I returned my order. They were fast on the shipping and the quality of their packaging was great too! As for their return service, that was a breeze and they replied pretty quickly as well, so that's a huge plus I'll definitely be ordering more from them in the future, given their great service already

Generally, if something does arrive broken, defecting, damaged, or missing components, it would be covered by a warranty. If you had preferred to do a warranty exchange, there would be no additional fees that would have applied.     No stock quantities or an in stock when you click into items you're interested in purchasing! They just email you after and say its back ordered haha. 2026 crazy work if you ask me. So i went right on over to ktuned.com and got a similar item, heck i think i paid a little more even. But guess what? It said in stock next to it and i paid for expedited shipping and recieved my item before my refund from procivic ! Ill never enter this website into my search engine again.

    Lewis, I do apologize for the inconvenience. The item that was ordered is generally kept in a limited stock as they are assembled by hand. During tax season, spikes in sells can suddenly come through and products may run out of stock. Thought we generally try to prepare for this by stocking more than normal, stock is still able to run out. Unfortunately, as we got to your order, our inventory did run out. As such, we immediately contacted you to let you know about the situation and see how you wish to proceed. We did also confirm with you that a replenishment order was due to arrive within a weeks time as we had noticed the inventory beginning to dip, and a kit can be set aside for you if you wish to wait. Though we do understand this may upset customers, we do everything in our power to not only notify the customer as soon as possible, but also provide them with options on how to proceed.     I was sent a different exhaust than what ordered. It cost me $206 extra dollars to get the exhaust installed.

All parts are covered under warranty or insurance and are fully covered for a replacement or return. However, as mentioned we were not notified of this issue by you.     Thanks for the response. However, I don’t know why you would say I didn’t reach out. When I ordered this exhaust I called for confirmation of corrector and I even had to send you pictures of my military id to receive the discount. So, sounds like there is more to your customer service than meets the eye. All I know is cost me an additional $200 plus to get this exhaust installed. Your order confirmation is different that the description on the box. I’m a novice at this Civic modification, so I trusted your expertise and cost me more money. So, please don’t say I didn’t reach out.

    Gary, The initial reaching out to us was to get a discount and confirm fitment. Based on the information you provided, the system should have fit and we did provide you a discount as well. What I am referring to is not contacting us when an issue was discovered with the part. Mistakes can occur and either the item could have been assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer, the incorrect item may have been sent out by the warehouse, or potentially a missbox could have occurred. Though we do our best to ensure that all parts arrive correctly, mistakes can happen. If this does occur, as mentioned above, you are fully covered. However, we do require the customer to notify us if an issue is discovered. I do not see any communications from you reporting an issue with the item. We always recommend to inspect, confirm, and ensure that everything that arrives is correct before installing. If something is not fitting correctly, please ensure to contact us for investigation and corrections. However, as mentioned, you never reached out to us after receiving the part. If this was done when something was noticed as incorrect, we would work with you to ensure it is corrected. Best Regards, Customer Care
