Verified reviewKaiser Willys is great overall. The only problem I have is that when something isn't in stock, the website doesn't say that. The website says to call them. I brought this up in an email I sent a while back, but was given the excuse that they sell so many parts that it would be too difficult to keep the website updated (something along those lines). I know of numerous other sites (Rock Auto, for example) that have no problem doing this. Yes, I'm sure Kaiser Willys doesn't have as much staff to handle such things. But then again, Kaiser Willys also doesn't stock or sell anywhere near as many parts as sites like Rock Auto, or for near as many vehicles and brands, or for anywhere near as many years and generations of vehicles. So they should be able to do it with fewer people. If a company has a website to place orders, I should NOT have to call. Yes, it's really that simple of a concept. Kaiser Willys site also doesn't offer different shipping options. Again, it says to call for other shipping options. Again, if there's a website, I shouldn't have to call. I SHOULD be able to do it all online. Although there are times I use Kaiser Willys, mostly because there are they're the only company that has what I need, I use other sites/companies as much as I can, just for those reasons.
