Verified reviewVery good company 4 stars not 5 as their prices are a tad bit on the high dollar side. I can live with that when I need specific parts. They sell top of the line parts and their quick to answer their phones and provide help answering questions. Shopping around can get better prices but it's hit or miss as to the quality Kaiser Willys provides. They have excellent fast shipping and care is taken to properly pack and secure all their shipments. Yup I like them good people good products. .

Verified reviewNonexistent communication, buck-passing and finger-pointing, excessively long order/ship times. The tracking number I asked for THREE TIMES came the day AFTER I received the order, in an email that stated my order had been delivered (no kidding). The only good thing was the price, which almost wasn't worth its benefit for having to put up with the rest. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I show that you placed an order online and gave us a bad address. We didn't get the correct address from you until a few weeks after you placed the order. We called and emailed you multiple times to get this corrected. Once this was corrected, your order was sent out a few days later. I would love to speak to you to get more information as to what we did wrong. I tried calling but left a voicemail. I emailed you again. We try our best to inform and help our customers so I'm really it ended this way.

Do not put this on me. Three different carriers all recognize our address. FedEx often drop-ships to USPS via their SmartPost system for last-mile delivery. All three regularly deliver to our address with no trouble. FedEx and UPS have both been to my house in the last week. I never received any purported emails directly following my order. It was only AFTER I contacted you, FIFTEEN DAYS after my order was placed, that I received an email wherein the issue of the address was mentioned, at which point I provided the 'optional address'. I had already checked my spam and trash folders and found nothing. As of right now, excepting the many sales emails I now receive, I have received exactly THREE emails about my order, and ALL of those came AFTER I first contacted you.

Two different people reached out to you about your address in the office. Sometimes emails may go to people's spam folder and then get auto deleted. Sorry both Fedex and UPS had an issue with the address that was put online. We are always happy to help and here M-F 9-5 est too toll free. We even will try to answer emails to help customers over the weekend. Once we had the address confirmed - we got with the supplier to get it shipped. Mike V also tried to call you too over memorial weekend and left you a message.
