Verified reviewShipping was fast, packaging was great, products all came as expected. The only disappointment was the master cylinder gaskets look very much hand made and out of an odd material. Would like to see that be a more precise cut and better material for the cost.

Verified reviewFound the master brake cylinder I was needing for my 57 Willy's FC150. Also found a speedometer cable for it. The brake cylinder has been installed and is perfect. Haven't yet had a chance to install the speedo cable, but that's next! Purchase was hassle-free and the parts came quickly. I'll be back to Kaiser-Willy's when I need something else, for sure!

Verified reviewThe browsing in the site was easy. The product was OK. The packing and shipping department however, threw the fuel sending unit into the fuel tank box unprotected, causing me to have to try to repair it for about 45 minutes. Because I have a deadline to meet and couldn't wait two weeks to try to get a replacement. The shipping department sucks.

Verified reviewOrdered a few parts wipers and door glass. Received a shipping notification that both have shipped with a single tracking number. Only the wipers arrived so I queried Mike at KW and he rudely stated “Like it states online it could take 2-3 weeks to ship out”. I then replied with a screenshot of the tracking information and asked why it showed both had shipped to which I never received a response. A week later the door glass showed up and looked like it was packed with scrap packing trash they found laying around the shop. Just a little bit more communication 101 and expectation management would be way better. Probably avoid buying in the future and look at Jeepster.

Verified reviewCalled and placed an order. Received confirmation. No contact for over a week. I called and they said my item was back ordered. No idea when it might be available. I thought someone should have told me it was a non stock item and definitely someone should have contacted me to tell me it was backordered. Poor communication
