Verified reviewWhen I left the last 4 star review on here, I ended up getting a phone call from someone at Kaiser Willys. My only complaint in that review was that there are some things on their website where they don't show if it's in stock or not, and they want you to call them to find out. I made the point that no, I shouldn't have to call when the Kaiser Willys website SHOULD show what items are in stock, just like every other vehicle parts website out there. I SHOULD be able to do it ALL online, just like every other vehicle parts site. So the guy that called told me that rather than me leave a less than 5 star review, that I should have called them instead, to discuss it. Again, I shouldn't have to call when it should all be able to be done online (and I SHOULD have told him that). I do NOT want ANYONE from Kaiser Willys to call me. Or for that matter, I don't want Kaiser Willys to text or email me. I will say that my order was fine and the delivery time was resonable, but reviews are supposed to be done online, just like ordering. If I recieve a phone call from someone with Kaiser Willys, I will hang up. That's what I should have done last time, especially since I was at work and didn't have much time to spare. If they don't like that, that's too bad.

And again, why call when it can be (and should be) done online? Nevermind the fact that a 4 star review is bad. I could have left a worse review than that, right? But my only issue so far has been your website not showing if all items are in stock or not. And again, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL when it SHOULD all be done online. Kaiser Willys has reasonable prices, and usually has what I need. But if I need something that your site tells me to call about, I'll just get it from a competitor of yours. After all, that's not good for your company either...right?

Verified reviewI purchased a wiper motor which came with no wiring diagram, it took a bit of trial and error to establish the parking position wiring was on the negative. A diagram would have made things much easier. I asked for the cheapest freight and got UPS, cost $230.00 NZ 3 times the actual wiper motor cost so that is bad in this day and age, I asked for the cheapest and said I was NOT in a hurry, obviously ignored. Some sort of future consideration would be appreciated.

Yes even a simple hand drawn diagram. Yes the shipping is very expensive, I have purchased from you before and I'm sure US post was used, and as I had stated I wasn't in a hurry I assume US post would have been an option.

During the work on our 1950 Jeepster, some questions came up with regard to procedure, and methods. A quick phone call cleared up the head scratching and it’s back on the road. A good company to deal with and I will do it again.
