Verified reviewSent large order promptly. Was told two things would be sent later. I ordered a castlenut replacement that was out of stock. Just before shipping a replacement nut was put in the box. The nut sent was a 3/4 inch 16 thread hug lock. It did not fit because still had original output shaft on CJ2A. I called and Mike immediately shipped a replacement but between two of us we ended up with the same nut again. I took to hardware store and verified and sales guy showed me the first one was warped and out of round. Working with KW to resolve. Several orders this year have been great
