Verified reviewAfter placing an order online, I realized I may have ordered the wrong parts. I immediately called the help line to get help with my online order. I was told the confirmation number that was sent to me via email was not "showing up" and I need to "call back in the morning." The next morning at 8:05am I called only to be told by the sales rep "the order was already processed and there nothing he could do."
