Don’t blame this on the shipping company, it took you ten days to process the order. It took you longer to put these tiny parts in the mail than it did the shipping company to deliver them. Before you respond you should make sure that you review the actual order to see what took place.

Verified reviewSite is great. The packaging of product is terrible. A water pump was placed loose in a large box and destroyed the windshield wiper mechanism and water pump gasket as it rolled around in the box during shipping. Mike apologized and quickly sent replacement wipers and gasket. Again the gasket was placed unprotected in in the box and was bent up making it undesirable to use. I also question the water pumps durability due to it rolling around loose in the box during shipping.

Verified reviewThe parts came quickly, and they were very helpful in making sure I received the correct item for my vehicle. The only downside was I never received an email with the tracking information, but it wasn't a big deal because I received the product within a week.

And, unlike other mail order outfits that I begrudgingly do business with, KW pays attention the the quality of the items they sell. Apparently, they open the box to see if what they are buying is worth selling to us their customer.

I also appreciate that when they don't have something that is shown on their website, it has a note to call them and when you do, they will tell you when you can expect to see the part back in stock. Always excellent service. Another thing I appreciate is the videos that they make showing install procedures and explaining their products.
