Verified reviewTail pipe doesn't fit into the muffler, muffler pipe is too small for me to fit my expanding tool into. I'm still trying to figure out my next move. Quality of the pipes and muffler seems good.

Verified reviewproducts are good, support is good, only thing is system didn’t seem to update order status or tracking? not normally an issue but if you’re waiting only way is too call, they do of course check & advise.

Verified reviewI have a couple of back orders on items with them, including a muffler for an exhaust kit. I’m not in a tearing hurry for it, but I am trying to manage my projects schedule. I have made some email enquiry, but have no reply. I wish the communication was better. Otherwise, the service and refund policy is good

Verified reviewI have made several orders with Kaiser Willys. These usually included difficult to find parts since both my 1951 Jeepster and my 1964 pickup were assembled from left-over parts post the regular production runs for the vehicles. One product that is getting difficult to find is the TightSteer steering box spring tensioner adjusting screw for Ross steering boxes. In my case, the tensioner removed the center play and made my Jeepster steer much like a new vehicle and stop wandering. Of course the rest of the steering components must be in satisfactory condition. Kaiser Willys still was able to supply the product where other suppliers could not. I’m sure other customers have had similar hard to find parts located here at fair prices. When I had a back order and its delivery timing question on Thanksgiving Eve, I called and the call went through and was answered quickly. After quick tracking on their end, I was told the order would arrive that day. It did! My opinion is that this Company has numerous parts for us vintage Jeep folks that are searching for. I consider them very professionally operated and can be trusted. TH.
