Before fully deciding on what to purchase, I contacted NSC to set up an appointment to view a few gems that I was interested in. I was helped by a Ms. Katherine Hoyt. Her customer service & professionalism was A . To aide me in my decision making, Katherine was able to send me an image of what my ring would look like after production. Which sealed the deal for me. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. From the viewing and up until I received my final piece. Which is a custom sapphire engagement ring. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was beautiful on the computer screen and is much more beautiful in person. I also would like to thank the person or people that worked behind the scenes that put my ring together. They did a wonderful job! I will definitely be doing future business with Katherine and NSC. I highly recommend this company! Definitely worth every penny!

Verified reviewGetting an engagement ring for your other half could be very joyous but stressful at the same time. Trying to pick the setting and the stone to represent your love forever is not easy. THANK GOD FOR LAUREN!!! And the entire sapphire company.! Once we picked the stone and setting we both loved Lauren suggested some custom features that would make the ring unique. The entire process was done with care and excellent professionalism , not once did we feel pressured or pushed to make a decision. Lauren kept in contact every day to let us know the progression, she didnt have to as im sure we weren't the only people she was working with , but she did.! The Natural Sapphire Company truly does amazing work while making you feel like family even after they get paid for the work!. Amazing experience and Great price. Thank you everyone who worked on our happy Little project!.

They don't just run a business, they run a family. Michael and his staff travel to their locations abroad, get to know each other on a personal level, and even joins them in unearthing their gems. It doesn't end there; it's not just for optics. Michael's company donates money for schools and facilities in the communities of his workers and their families. I feel that the Natural Sapphire Company and its employees are both genuine and good people. Their stones are absolutely gorgeous, and their fully-customized settings are done completely in-house. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or pressure me into anything I didn't want, and I was actually happy to give them my money. I will forever be a returning customer.

If you are in the market for a unique piece of jewelry, start here! The violet sapphires that I purchased were even more gorgeous than the pictures on the website, and when they were set as earrings, they looked even better. The customer service was very responsive when I had a question, but there was no pressure to buy. You can browse as much as you like until you find your treasure.
