Verified reviewFirst of all, they have an amazinc customer service segment. They were available and always here to answer questions. Usually, emails were answered in less than two hours (Thank you Ashley). Then they really take care to verify the identity of the customer to avoid any scam. Finally, they make sure you have all the certificate needed and the packaging is very well done and protects the stones nicely.

And my wife and I were blown away with the quality of the stone and ring, it's absolutely stunning. On top of that, the customer service we experienced was incredible. Verified reviewMy husband and I made the decision to upgrade our engagement ring and were recommended to try the Natural Sapphire Company since we were looking specifically for a sapphire. I started the process maybe for a little over a year, browsing, until we were ready to seriously consider a ring. The Natural Sapphire Company's website was extremely accessible and provides a lot of information so buyers can make an informed decision. Lauren was our sales rep and she was so so nice and helpful. I went back and forth with stone choices and she was there at every turn, getting me video content of the stones, e.g. indoor v outdoor lighting. We went over multiple stones until I finally found "the one." I thought it'd be smooth sailing afterwards, but I was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't like the setting I picked once it arrived. I felt so bad having to ask Lauren if we could send the ring back and look at my options. Yet again, she was so helpful! We looked at different settings that would give me that oomph I was looking for. She recommended a double halo which I wouldn't have considered, but she was so right! We came up with a custom, double halo setting that was jaw-dropping as a concept. I couldn't wait to wear it and see it in person. Lauren let me know what the processing time was so all we had to do was wait. I hate waiting, but it was worth it. I was notified when the ring shipped (processing time ran 4.5 weeks) and eagerly awaited the arrival. The ring was stunning! We couldn't be happier. It truly is my dream ring. We'll definitely be coming back for future pieces.

The setting is beautiful and the emerald is even more gorgeous! Neli was very attentive during the entire process and answered all my questions. The presentation was beautiful. The box it came in was a hefty solid metal and the folder containing all the documents was wrapped in emerald ribbon. It felt very elegant. Will be purchasing again!

She went above and beyond to listen to me carefully to translate what I envisioned to be the perfect ring that matches my Fiancé’s personality and style and guided me to “the one”. Then on top of that, she helped me figure out the size to order and even expedited a Rush on making it and delivering it to me so I could coordinate the perfect proposal. Verified reviewI started off with looking at the website for a sapphire, which I ended up not buying. But I ended up not buying this gemstone. Though I returned to the site due to the excellent service I received from one of their workers; Ashley Rathnayaka. She was so lovely to work with that when I began looking at their emeralds and found one I immediately requested her when I put in my order for a lovely 0.88ct emerald from Zambia. During the whole deal she kept checking in and made sure that my package would arrive even when there was a hickup with the delivery. If any of you ever decide to order from this website I recommend working with Ashley Rathnayaka.
