    I accidentally ordered the wrong golf balls and i reached out twice through email and no response. I would understand if youre not able to exchange golf balls but no response at all through 2 emails is frustrating. I've already spent 300 to 400 dollars on your site, will likely transfer my business elsewhere

    I received two completely different bags of balls - both were to be the same grading scale and one was obviously different. When I did reach out the service I got was not only completely unhelpful, it was rude and just unnecessary. It was not more first order but definitely will be my last. Will never do business with them again.
