Bought refurbished balls Taylormade tp5x and out of the 3 dozen I had a dozen that I found with multiple cracks in the ball leaving them worthless and at $28 a dozen I felt very ripped off. I would not reccomend and will be purchasing new from now on.

Verified reviewI had very good experience with probably about 4-6 previous orders. On the previous orders I received the correct product with very quick shipping. On my most recent order of 3 dozen 2023 Pro V1's in "pristine" condition I received them promptly but they clearly were not the correct "pristine" quality golf balls. I could see very clearly in the 3 mesh bags that the Pro V1's were not "pristine" because they had logo's and player markings on them. I sent an email to their customer service questioning the pristine quality of this shipment. Clearly they sent me the wrong golf balls. I did not hear back on my first email. About a week later I sent another email saying I was disappointed not to have gotten a response. I heard back promptly on this email. The rep asked me how many of the balls had logo's and player markings. I still had not opened the mesh bags so I took a picture of the bags with logos and markings clearly visible and sent the picture to them. I tried to count the non-pristine balls in each bag. It came to at least 14 of the balls. The rep offered to refund me the dollar amount for 14 of the balls. I wasn't really worried about the dollar amount I just wanted the quality of balls that I ordered so I just chalked it off as an honest mistake on their part. Again, I have had great results from ordering balls from lostgolfballs.com but on this order they had obviously grabbed the balls from the wrong bin. If this happens again I will just send the golf balls back to them in the unopened bags and ask that they send me the correct balls.
