  Great service! My order was sent (and delivered) very fast, I also got a tax deduction as I ordered the wetsuit to be delivered outside of the EU. Everything was perfect - can totally recommend the shop. The wetsuit came very well packed so I'm super-happy with the whole experience.

  My original order wasn't able to be fulfilled due to a manufacturer choosing not to continue producing a product. Once Nootica was able to confirm to me the inability to fill the order, they made it very easy to allow me to find an alternative group of products and filled the new order the next business day. Combined with the speed of DHL, I was very content with my purchase.

  My surfskate came with so many problems. Customer service is not helpful. Really bad experience..it is a pity. I hope you can at least improve your product which have a good look

  When I placed the order for a boat trailer, there was no mention that the product would be delivered unassembled. Besides, the delivery RDV from the shipping company was given on an entire day, no choice for a narrower window, which means that an entire day of work was lost for me waiting for the delivery.
