  The delivery was fast and well-packaged; unfortunately, the product itself already has a small hole, likely a material defect. However, this is not Nootica's fault as they only sell the product. I am very satisfied with the online shop and delivery.

  We ordered 2 PFDs, one was too small so we had to return it - Nootica don't pay the return postage, nor do they offer to carry out the return on their cheap bulk rates and deduct it from the order. Returning a €60 object at a cost of €30 means you really have no consumer protection at all. The one PFD that was the correct size, after one use, had loads of unravelling stitching. I haven't even tried to return it because of the cost of postage. This is why everyone buys from the hated Amazon, and in future, I will be sure to do that, although I hate the very idea I just cannot afford to throw my money away if goods are not suitable.

  I trust Nootica as nothing else for my canoe / kayak items as summer items. Has excellent support in communication as I received in perfect condition and on time every year my items. For sure I suggest it to my friends too.

  Great service! My order was sent (and delivered) very fast, I also got a tax deduction as I ordered the wetsuit to be delivered outside of the EU. Everything was perfect - can totally recommend the shop. The wetsuit came very well packed so I'm super-happy with the whole experience.

  My original order wasn't able to be fulfilled due to a manufacturer choosing not to continue producing a product. Once Nootica was able to confirm to me the inability to fill the order, they made it very easy to allow me to find an alternative group of products and filled the new order the next business day. Combined with the speed of DHL, I was very content with my purchase.

  My surfskate came with so many problems. Customer service is not helpful. Really bad experience..it is a pity. I hope you can at least improve your product which have a good look
