  I had ordered two gallons of bottom paint Problem is... the box the paint were shipped in was dropped and both cans were damaged on the bottom....(good thing!) I realize the paint is very heavy so better packaging is in order

  Great service! Great shipping time frame. Would suggest Beefing Up the packaging on the gallon jugs of the Awlcat #2. One of the two jugs was crumpled in on one corner. Could have popped. Not y’all’s fault someone dropped the package. Maybe foam like the paint gallon cans have. Thanks for your company’s service!! We WILL order from you again SOON!

  I received my 4 gallon order (2 shipping boxes) and one of the gallons in it's own box had been damaged in shipping and was leaking. I called Cust Service, asked to send pics, and received a replacement gallon within the week. Much thanks to Customer Service!!

  I wish Bottom Paint Store would not ask for coupon codes. Since they don't really issue any, it just holds up checkout. Why you can't just order and are required to sign in, remembering last password, is beyond me. Further unnecessarily complicating checkout..

  Our order was delivered to the wrong address. I called and your customer service said it shows delivered and there is nothing you could do to help. The shipper is the only party who can get the shipping company to do something. Luckily someone in our yard knew someone at UPS who contacted the driver who made things right before the end of the day. I have purchased from you many times and will not likely do so readily again.

According to shipping records the package was delivered to the correct address and signed for at the front office of the marina. From what we could figure out, the front desk either gave the packages to the wrong person or the UPS delivery person let someone looking for their package sign and take the package…as another marina customer also was waiting for paint. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you faced with this unusual delivery and the frustration in resolving it.   Took to long to receive my paint they sent it on a shipping company that never delivered it untill i call to see what was going on and they said that i had to call yo schedule a delivery but no one told me that took a week to get the paint and was same state of florida

  My paint arrived after almost a week and a half from the order date and I began using it the same day it arrived. Following the mixing directions on the can I began using it in a roller tray. Upon pouring out the second half of the can I noticed that the remaining portion was a solid mass on the sides and bottom of the can. I photographed this mass and sent it to customer service. They informed me it was a manufacture issue for warranty and they would forward my issue to them. Meanwhile my boat remained unpainted and unprotected. I am still waiting for delivery from the manufacturer. Hope this time it’s not a can of old paint that has been sitting on a shelf.

  I got a good deal from Bottom Paint Store. There price was the best I could find after a couple of days searching the internet. It was the only place that could get me a gallon of paint. everyone else only had quarts of the special aluminum paint that holds tight to aluminum hulls with out primer.
