Verified reviewThe quality of the balls and the speed of the shipping were great. The only issue that I had was that while shipping online, I was looking at Titleist golf balls and selected 1 dozen mint Titleist Pro V1X golf balls and 1 dozen Srixon Zstar XV golf balls. I then proceeded to checkout and paid for my order. When I received my confirmation email however, it stated that I had ordered the Srixon balls and 1 dozen TaylorMade TP5X balls, which I didn't order and wasn't even browsing. Being an average golfer, the difference between the two isn't going to affect my game and I didn't request a refund or a return. It was surprising being that I never even browsed TaylorMade balls.

Verified reviewDisappointed in this experience. Have been happy with previous orders but this one was bad. First, I was shorted a dozen balls. They wanted to give me a refund but I insisted they replace them. I didn’t get any response once I told them I wanted replacements. A few days later got a shipment notification. The balls I received were all much lower quality than I expected and have received in the past. These are all AAA quality or lower being presented as AAAA balls. Ordered near mint but majority were not. Very discolored and visible scuff marks. I wrote them several times about the quality but received no response. Will be going elsewhere from now on. Likely will not use them and will let all my friends know of my experience as well. Used to be my go-to source for balls but this experience has changed that.
