  I'm unsatisfied with the the delivery service Lacoste uses to deliver its packages (Purolator), based on my past experiences and this most recent experience Purolator are unprofessional and dishonest, they claimed they notified me and i never received no email (checked junk) or text or call, in today's day and age of IT there is no excuse for this type of lack of communication or having them completely drop the ball.

  Quality dropped: the inside seam used to have two rows of stitches. Now only one row. Shrink dramatically. Please pre shrink the garment. Please only use one tag on the collar area. Now you have 3 tags that irritate skin, 1 for logo, 1 for where it is made, 1 for size and fit. You can make all three in one. Make wash label removeable like what Lululemon did.
