  I have been an IZIPIZI client for years and I love your products. I think the balance of quality and price is great. Very satisfied with the standard products, but I have bought a couple of special editions and they were either too large to fit or the sunglasses kind of uncomfortable in the way the light is shaded (I presume not much user experience assessments for these special editions).

  I originally received someone else's order (sunglasses instead of reading glasses) but the speed and manner in which the matter was resolved was impeccable and I could not fault the company. A silly error was made and they keenly made amends. Glasses are very good quality compared to many other brands.

  I literally own over two dozen Izipizi glasses. They are the only glasses I like since I've needed readers after Lasik. For some reason they are the most comfortable on the bridge of my nose. I also like the styles and designs.

  I'm disappointed with orders lately. The glasses aren't as sturdy, they slip off of my head and I cant bend them be be smaller. They're $10 more and take 2-3 times longer to arrive. I'm looking elsewhere from now on.

  J ai acheté ma 1ere paire de lunettes Izipizi, il y a quelques temps . Trouvant les coloris et formes sympa , de nouveau achat pour lunette de vues. Mais déception après 3 mois, la branche cassé à l articulation. Retour boutique !! Au Maroc , mais aucun remobiursement ou échange proposé. Achat de nouveau car verres sont conçus pour cette monture … de nouveau cassé ??? De nouveau achat …. Désespoir , contact le service client sur le site officiel pour expliquer le problème , changement effectué après vérification . Reçu nouvelle monture mais …. Mais … de nouveau après 4 mois , casse branche au niveau de l articulation . Photos et vidéo envoyé au service client , avec explication du problème. Et pourtant je prends garde à mes lunettes … depuis tout ce temps .. donc de nouveau reçu ne nouvelle monture . Que j ai mis de côté …. En ayant la peur au ventre qu'elle se casse de nouveau … Une chose est sûre le service client est TOP !!! merci beaucoup ☺️ à votre équipe … À tes bientôt peut être . Franck
