  My husband got me a pair of foldable sunglasses, and they worked well at first. My mom saw them and really liked the foldable feature, so I decided to get her a pair too. Unfortunately, mine just broke—the small plastic piece snapped off, which surprised me because I rarely wore them and was always very careful. I can glue the glasses back to the metal connector, but they won't be able to fold anymore. I'm disappointed they broke so easily.

  I LOVE IZIPIZI glasses. I have spent a lot of money on the glasses since I discovered them around seven years ago. Most of the glasses that I have bought have lasted really well, although some have had a recurrent 'design fault' at the hinge of the main part of the glasses to the temple. I have lost around 5 pairs of glasses to this fault as they have snapped just after the join. Recently with my last two pairs the join here seems to have improved. I have also decided not to purchase the clear plastic glasses as they do not feel as robust as the usual material. Overall, the style of the glasses are brilliant and the lenses work really well with my eyes. In fact, trying other diopters just doesn't work for me. Thank you IZIPIZI. Best regards, Suzanne.

  Normally Izipizi products are stylish, robust and effective. I have 5 pairs of #D reading glasses and 4 of them are excellent. The last pair I ordered (Izipizi X Moleskine) are NOT the same as other #D frames. They are neither the same size nor the same quality of production. Overall I believe your normal glasses are super and would recommend them. I will NOT be recommending any of your X Moleskine or special orders if your company maintains that severe degredation in quality.

  Dear Yashine hi, I wrote that the glasses are nice:) but the lenses are too much yellow colour so when i look to the computer screen my eyes are more tired than before the glasses.Maybe this pair of glasses i bought the lenses weren't so good but its ok, it doesn't matter!   Very disappointed with Izipizi - not with their products but with their deceit and hidden costs for return. Nowhere does it say free returns and you accept that when you order but what they don't tell you is that they'll offer to give you 18% less than you're owed. I bought glasses that didn't suit me; I printed “self return” (apparently!), just like to point out that the other option cost £17.85 to return via DHL. My proof of return said I was entitled to £29 back, not the £35 for the glasses that I'd paid. (This was within 14 days) I queried and “Louis” told me I'd get the full amount back because I'm returning via Royal Mail, but I have no proof of that and why does it say £29 on the form but with no explanation or exception. Not transparent, also not helpful when you email. Just tell the customer how much it is to return from the UK and don't make it so unclear (it still isn't and I still don't know if I'll get the full amount, but I won't be buying from them again).

  This is my 4th pair of reading glasses from izipizi. I really like the selection of styles. This pair seems very loose and keep sliding down my nose.Maybe it's just the style of frame - didn't happen with other styles.

  I bought Izipizi for the past 4-5 years and I only buy izipizi. My only disappointment this time (just me I guess) is that the last purchase (C3 paper note and frozen blue) are slippery when I put them up on my head or around my neck. For the rest awesome

  Hello Sir/Madame. I have ordered from Greece which is not that far and yes I have checked the portal and the pre-paid label. For 37 euros glass I have to pay a minimum of 15 euros to return it and there is no capability of exchanging it. So it does not worth it and I rather keep it and not use it (at least in public). I have bought until now 8 pairs of IZIPIZI pairs of glasses both by your site and by stores in Greece and to tell you the truth I did not expect to return any pair of glasses back and I did not have to try it until now. Anyway, I should have bought them from a store nearby in order to try them first because by ordering from the site (even by using the application) I ended up with really small glasses that look funny in my face.   Glasses passes well and they are really practical. Neverthelles the duration of the frame joint is very short, just 2-3 months (multiple experience)

  I ordered two pairs - one is great. The second one however is for some reason so small they look like a child's glasses. There was no indication on the website about sizing. And it's so expensive and complicated to return from UK to France that it's not worth it.

  I ordered three pairs of glasses and none arrived. When I looked at the online tracking it said they were being returned to sender. I emailed customer service days ago and have not heard anything. I shall need to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund I guess.

I hope you will appreciate the feedback was requested from your business and I gave the feedback to help as I care about my customer experience with you. I have now received an email saying that you will be "refunding the money" for the three pairs of glasses I wanted. I have not yet received the refund. I have also not been helped yet as I would like to buy the three pairs of glasses!!? I have purchased from your store in Carnaby street many times and have been pictured on the front cover of a recent publication wearing your glasses. I would like to get hold of the glasses - please!! Thank you for your help. Have an exceptional week. Chris
