  I love Izipizi glasses - they're stylish and very comfortable and they're not too expensive. I have a pair for work and a pair for home and when one pair broke while at work this week, I went to the Covent Garden store to replace them. I was hoping the store might be able to compensate me for the broken pair but they said I should just throw them away and buy a new pair as I hadn't kept my receipt. I did this and am happy with the new pair but I find it disappointing to have to replace them after only a couple of months.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our glasses. We offer a replacement if you happen to have a defect. May we ask you to send us the following: -a photo of the damaged part, -a photo of the interior of the temple where the serial number is -a proof of purchase or order number. Thank you in advance!   I have a number of Izipizi glasses and the pair I purchased this week are just like the rest …. Perfect. Lots of friends have liked my glasses, some are real statement colours, so are obvious. A number of friends have purchased their own.

  I walked into the Covent Garden shop knowing that I wanted to buy one or two pairs of reading glasses. The lovely assistant was so welcoming and helpful and I walked out with 4 pairs. A great customer experience. Lovely lady!!

  My friends who visited London told me about these darling readers so when we arrived in London I'm, I made this one of my 1st stops! They don't have the green I was looking for but they did have a kaki green that was even better!! The folks in the shop were super helpful and friendly!
