  Strangely the only thing I don't like about the whole thing is this survey request. Not only do I have to sign up for their Survey System to send you a survey they want me to sign up for all of these cookies there's no option to opt out so it's all going to be downloaded to my phone just so I can send you the survey you wanted I'm not going to do that which means it's kind of pointless that I'm saying this year because you're never going to get it cuz I'm not going to sign up to a survey program just so you can get the survey you requested for me

  ISBN Services is very user-friendly and quick. I am not a regular publisher so each time I come, I am relieved that I can accomplish what I need to do quickly and efficiently. As a graphic designer, I also like the fact that you can obtain your ISBN barcode while I am laying out the publication, then I can go in and complete the registration once the book has been printed and ready for distrtibution.

  ISBN services does not have a phone number to contact someone for questions. There is no mentioned on website on how many days my ISBN number would be delivered. Employee staff are taking too long to respond to emails for questions. If I would of known this, I would of purchase my ISBN number somewhere else.

  Excellent! This is the second ISBN number that isbnservices.com has processed into a bar code for me. Very quickly, too. Josh Pritchard, who processed both numbers (more than a year apart), is very efficient about emailing me bar codes. No stress for me at all! I hope this service continues in exactly the same way for 2 or 3 more books that are in a planning stage already but will likely be each a year apart. The slogan for the service, "Fast, reliable & affordable ISBN assignment," is absolutely true. I am very appreciative!

We sent the ISBN and barcode on 7/30 and also sent a reply to your message on 8/1, but obviously they didn't get to your inbox. I'm publishing in both English and Spanish, paperback, hardback, KDP & ACX audiobooks. There are those who say no ISBN is necessary for ebooks and audiobooks. This is not true. Why not identify the work? Plus, to promote your works (if you're not bound by an exclusive contract), many distributor sites want an ISBN. Josh was fast in answering my questions. I highly recommend ISBN Services! There are people to speak with, easy website to navigate with good information. They also have ebook conversion and ebook distribution which I am going to check out very soon. They have the best price for an ISBN. I am hoping for the same with the ebook services they offer.   Easy peasy, no nonsense, no hidden fees. They offer the thing, you pay for it, you get the thing. The actual ISBN was delivered via email by a person, not a "do-not-reply" so I assume if something was amiss, if I emailed back I'd get a reply right away. I'll definitely use them again.

  My email account kept sending my ISBN number into my junk folder and the customer service person was so kind and helpful to keep trying until it finallymade its way into my Inbox.
