  I found WSS on while doing research for septic tank risers/lids. I ordered up (2) 20" x 11" lid kits to retro-fit my two, cement tank septic system. The parts came and when dry fitting the pieces, the lids and their associated rings did not fit the bottom riser and ring assembly. Upon calling, the customer rep, Megan, was so very helpful. She gave me a direct number, I sent over some pics of the parts and shortly after she determined the lid/ring parts were for a different size. After a quick phone call where she had me make some basic measurements, the incorrect parts were verified to have been shipped. She then set up an order for the correct parts to be shipped (at no extra cost to me the customer). I received the new parts in two days and everything fit perfectly!!! I have since installed the (2) kits and am very pleased with the fit and finish of their product. The parts are very tough and quality built. It appears that it will last quite a long while. I can not say enough for Megan and her customer service assistance in getting me the correct parts so quickly. I would recommend WSS to everyone working on a septic system project. Thank you!!!

  Disappointed. Received the Gast Septic pump kit on Friday late afternoon, and had been waiting on it to repair the needed septic pump. Kit was complete but the "cellophane" type gasket was torn in half. I had to make do with the kit as we were headed out of town on Monday and knew it was hopeless to get a replacement.

  WSS recommended certain pump, after receipt, my plumber said it didn't have enough cfm. After hours of 'argueing' with WSS, I had to insist on a 'warranty return'. WSS folks are reading from a script, not listening to the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING! After receiving an RMA, I immeditely ordered the correct pump from them.

  I had an old concrete tank from 1959 that the lid was missing and some of the concrete had fallen in the tank. I built a form and re-poured Portland to get my opening back to 20 inches. I chose this 26” riser kit as it fit perfect. Looks very professional now and no more bad smells!

  The website was easy to navigate and very helpful. I did contact them for a question I had and was answered within a couple hours. I ordered and received my riser kit within 3 or 4 days and installed it with no problems. There were no instructions with it, so I went back to the website to a video and did as directed. Very happy with the product and highly recommend it.

  The Gast, Rotary Vane Air Pump, #0523-101QG588NDX, made it to my location within one week. There was a bent foot mount, but was easily straightened back out with a 12" crescent wrench. Unfortunately, my test-bench results were disastrous. The rotary vanes were destroyed in a plug-up test. My beef here is more with Gast for not warning about this happening. Live & learn, as this is my first Rotary Vane Pump. Now, I have to decide if this will be my last one.
