  Great service! My septic compressor was inoperative. Discovered that I could rebuild it versus buying a new one. The diaphragms were torn, so ensured the electric portion was still good and contacted Wholesale Septic Supply. It was a Saturday, so I texted/emailed them to ensure the kit would fit my model which they replied to on Monday. I received the kit 2 days later.

  Came as described. The only down side is that there should be two tubes of roofing cement with each ring. The one tube is just not enough to seal the bottom plate down. Other than that, they came as described and was easy to install.

  I ordered these K478 kits thinking they would contain the end caps like Gast Mfg includes on the manufacturer's website, and Wholesale Septic is not including them. Very disappointed that they have chosen to remove those from the kits and require a separate purchase to obtain them. You should never use the same manufacturer's item numbers if you are not going to represent them correctly. That is false advertisement.

  I purchased the septic risers it Was easy to find what I needed, I really like that it comes in kit. Package came pretty quick. Overall satisfied with my order. Only thing I mightve like more if there were more screws in the package. There was enough for the kits but none for the caps.

  The product itself was fine and it is working well. However, I ordered the part and paid for 2 day express shipping. Over a week later I received the package in the mail. This was a very vital part, and not getting it for over a week was a huge issue. My entire septic system was shut down until I received the part.

  Purchased a Hiblow HP-80-0113 Septic Air Pump × 2. First one ordered in 2020. It went out because my annual septic inspection co didn't include changing the filter or recommend it, or even remind me it needed to be done. I forgot it was supposed to be done! So when the power went out on it, I bought a 2nd one from the same company! The first one, I had a friend come over to install. But the 2nd one, I replaced it myself without reading the directions. I just used the other install as the protocol. It's very basic. Super simple. The only new part I used was the hose, because the two claps I had were better, as they screw down vs pinch. I am a senior woman with bad hands and was able to do the install in about 20 min. I didn't have to pay the upcharge the septic company would have charged to purchase one from them, or for them to install it & record it with the county! You literally plug it in and can hear the bubbles perculating in the tank to know you did it right. It does not come with the aquarium type tube line but I reused that part. You have to unscrew a part on the air pump and insert either the part of your old one or the one they provide and insert the (aquarium type) tubing in that hole. (I used my old metal part that screwed in vs the two plastic parts they included). Hope this helps someone!
