  It was not the right controller that was sent to me after a couple of hours of communication with the sales department and whatever department was filming the classroom installation of their equipment. I feel like it was not my negligence and I’m asking for a refund I was told that I would be contacted and I am still yet to hear from whatever department is in control of that. This is left the bad taste to my customers mouth . Any refund give them back to my account? Could maybe earn y’all a five star. Sincerely, Wiliam Elliott.

  We eventually got the right unit. Your communication about multiple packages leaves a lot to be desired. I got 1 email stating 2 packages, then updated 1 tracking number. Nothing else, pkg 2 of 2 showed up under that tracking number, next day 1 of 2 showed up with no notification of tracking number for that pkg. But it got here in good shape.

  Safety screw broke immediately when installed. I contacted them and they claim that something is wrong with the diaphragm. I told them that the diaphragm is fairly new. They claimed that it may not be genuine part and suggested that I buy another diaphragm from them. My installer check the diaphragm before installing the new part and confirmed that it's still good.

  Ordered the 24x6 septic riser. Product and shipping were great. The only complaint I have is they don't put the necessary screws in for installation. I'd pay the additional $1 or $2 for screws just to avoid a trip to the hardware store. They do tell you screws are not included so I'm giving 5 stars for the service.

  The website was easy to navigate and the product was easier to install than I could have imagined. Per the video I watched the video on the website, I didn't even have to use the screws.
