  ordered part exactly what i needed. part did not arrive on expected date and not the next day but the following day. ended up not needing parts after all and when calling to get return authorization, i was told of a 15% restocking fee! will NOT be doing business with pirates! this day and age 5% is a good restocking fee great customer service doesn't charge a restocking fee make your own decision!

  Our septic cover was damaged during some tree removals. Oops! The shop we got it from 10 years ago switched to a different brand which was not compatible.   Wholesale Septic is an outstanding company. I just ordered another air pump for my last one finally quit. I got 3 1/2 years of service out of it which is very good. My new pump arrived 2 days after ordering. Like the last pump it just needed to be plugged in and the connecting hose attached. Great company to do business with. Highly recommend this company.   Need to beef up lid where screws go for lid and use stainless hexagon heads to install lid top. How about 2 tubes of caulk for each riser unit Fire the guy that packed and shipped Riser units, box fell apart and risers were exposed awful job of packing now I know why I had to pay 12 for shipping protection.
