  It was quick , didn't like the double shipper of UPS dropping off for the USPS to deliver to my house. Was dropped off at USPS after the driver had left for his route. Then UPS driver was past my house later that day. Go Figure !!!

  Received the riser two days from ordering. Aside from UPS not delivering right to our house it was perfect. Made a plan, had a sunny warmish January day for the install. It went together and installed perfectly. I had watched a few videos showing how to and what to watch for. I was concerned the two small adhesive tubes would not be enough to join the flange to a riser, the two risers together and the flange to the tank. There was almost a perfect amount. It'll be great not having to dig for the next pump out.

  I did not interact with any humans but the web interface and ordering process was smooth. Dimensions were missing from product descriptions for the submersible pumps which could be helpful. Wholesale Septic Supply says they won't warrant a pump unless you but a new float. This is likely a good idea but shouldn't be a condition for warranty. I wasn't required to replace my other 2 floats. Would like some rationale in a FAQ for this.
