  I ordered a rebuild kit for my blue diamond aerator, and it was a timely delivery. However, the air filter was smaller than the one I took out. Also, the rubber diaphragms seem to be a little too small as they didn’t fit tightly in the groove. But what really made me angry is that I call technical support and left a message and two days later. I still haven’t received a call back in my mind that is unacceptable.

  Of course our warranty on our previous aerator just expired! After our local septic company quoted us a cost of $800 with trade in, we decided to take a chance and order Prime Air N14. Ordered online and received within about a week. Easy plug and play. So far so good!

  The riser package was everything that was shown on their site. Received in good time, may have even been better if UPS didn't leave it on the side of my house. Shipping protection, not sure I really needed but better safe than sorry. Overall, the order went great. The only problem I had was I sent an email asking a question, never responded.

  I called the help line before ordering to make sure the knockout was going to be big enough for a 4” pipe and was told it was a 5” knockout. When I received the item the information I received about the 5” knockout was incorrect, it is only 3”. I need to use a 4” pipe and I’m hoping I can enlarge the knockout to fit a 4” pipe without tearing up the riser itself too much. I have not installed the item yet.

  Although we didn't require customer service prior to ordering, we needed to report damage upon arrival, most likely occurring during shipment. A real person answered the phone, worked with us to get the best solution, and provided a UPS label for return of the damaged pump. It is unusual today to be able to speak with someon, and get immediate attention, and for this reason, we reordered with Wholesale Septic Supply.

  I’ve never heard of Wholesale Septic until I started research for replacing the diaphragms on my Hiblow pond pump. I was happy to have found genuine replacement parts here, but was skeptical ordering from somewhere I'd never heard of. I couldn’t have been happier with the way it all turned out. The prices were better than the competitors & I received notification with each step of the process from order to shipment to delivery. I’m very impressed with how fast I received the order & was up and going again in no time at all. Definitely recommend this site. Five stars all day.
