She was very knowledgeable about different treatment options and didn’t make me feel like I was somehow less than because of my ailments. Probably the best encounter I’ve ever had with a provider.

Review collected by a third partyDr. Kerstin Motto, is one of the best mental health doctors I have every had. She is very attentive, supportive, encouraging and very patient-focused. I have recommended her to a friend and will continue to recommend her to anyone who needs an awesome doc who actually cares. She knows it is not a one size fits all approach and that each of us requires a different set of plans. Dr. M is amazing and I highly recommend her for any kind of mental issues, long going or temporary. She has helped me get my anxiety and bipolar under control. Thank you

Review collected by a third partyI've been seeing Cynthia Yu for around 9 months now and she has been exceptional. Always quick to respond to any messages/questions, appointments are always right on time and she is very kind and helpful. I've had no issues with receiving my medications from my pharmacy, and Cynthia Yu has been very helpful in explaining how my medications work and what to expect and be careful/aware of. I had an issue with a high blood pressure measurement during a stressful time for my family and she noticed immediately and checked in with me daily for a few weeks to make sure my BP/HR were in healthy ranges, along with giving advice on how to keep it down. All around excellent service!

I did not feel supported at this other provider because I had been 15 minutes late to an appointment after getting my appointment time wrong and I was completely left abandoned to run out of my meds. I found klarity and not only have I consistently heard back immediately from the support team but I also feel genuinely cared about by the provider. Having a good connection with my doctor is so important and I feel understood. On this platform everyone is reachable, my doctor is genuine and I feel so much better.

She is very professional and very understanding, she made my entire process seem less and easy to understand my concerns with ADHD. Extremely happy that I had provider Yu to walk me through the entire process. Each appointment with her seems very genuine and sincere. She definitely shows her love and passion as a provider who really wants to help others. If you’re looking for someone to listen to you and care about your concerns. I’d recommend provider Cynthia Yu.

And most importantly providing me with a wonderful provider. My provider, Christine Forge PMHNP—BC, is the reason I'm most grateful to have found Klarity! She really cares about her patients, and what’s going on medically and in their life. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to care for her patients and provide them with resources, helpful insight, and listen to them. It means a lot to me that she really listens to any concerns I have medically and will do everything she can to help. She always goes the extra mile with communication, organizing appointments, traveling to you if any state regulations require an in-person visit, and sharing her availability.
