Review collected by a third partyI have mixed feelings about Klarity. I really like my provider but she is inconsistent. I think the system should have a scheduled follow up / refill (if allowed by law). There were three times so far that it took me constant follow ups to get my prescription filled. This month, I have yet to receive my refill. If the providers are going to have several patients, they really need assistance to service their patients. I was really happy with the service and I understand things happen but when its consistently happening... this seems like it is more of systematic issue. I am looking at alternatives now for my treatment.

She was proffesional, patient focused and super knowledgeable about my diagnosis. Ive had my diagnosis for the past 7 years and the other for over 25 years. I walked away from our very first meeting with knowledge about my symptoms that know one had ever said to me or broken down to me in the way that she did and I also am a medical professional. I was genuinely impressed and wish I had been working with her from the very beginning.
