Review collected by a third partyRegretfully I paid $97 for TSA pre check application on their website, thinking it is a legitimate government service. I found out that that TSA PreCheck actually costs $78 and is not included in the $97 paid to this company. This is a fraudulent practice!! $97 just to make an appointment at a facility that processes this service. Very upsetting! I hope that this operation is stopped so other people do not fall into this scheme.

Review collected by a third partyThey charge $97 and it is implied that this charge will cover the TSA pre-check cost, but it does not. I have been emailed 8 times by govplus today to schedule my appointment for TSA precheck. I have been given three times in one date to select an appointment and after selecting, I receive an email 5 minutes later that the appointment time is not available and to reschedule (again), only to be directed to the exact same 3 hour slots and date. The location provided for the TSA meeting also was not taking appointments. You can schedule your TSA precheck meeting directly on the TSA website. The $97 paid to this worthless entity was in vain and has ultimately prolonged the process and increased to cost to get TSA precheck.

You think you may be applying for replacement social security card then you find out you are paying fees just to use their website very misleading when you can just go to your local social security office. You can’t talk with anyone. Please don’t use this website. You would be wasting your money. I feel my $57.00 should be refunded and all my information removed from their system.
