I just renewed my 2 months ago and would have loved to renew it with the TSA pre at the same time. I would have loved using the discount for the passport.

Review collected by a third partyI would give them 0 stars if I could. I used their service to apply for my first passport. After over a month with not update on my application status I was told there was an error on their part. The next day I received an email requesting that I upload my drivers license again. Thus delaying me receiving them. I did this and then started a chat conversation and was told they would confirm my application today and get it ready to send to me. After going through all of this I was told I still had to go to a facility to complete the process. They charged me to do everything I could have done on my own in 10 minutes. I would not recommend this service to anyone. They make you think that the process is so complicated that you need to pay them to do it for you. Very misleading.
