Review collected by a third partyI just wanted to make a quick video to let people know that I just recently used the government plus app to help me renew my passport. I just recently got married and changed my last name, and as all women know, changing your last name is a pain in the butt. We have to renew our socials, ids, passports, you name it. And unfortunately, like many other people, I hate waiting in the government offices. So government plus has made it quite easy for me to renew my passport, which is one thing that I dreaded doing again, especially just taking a new picture. And the awesome thing about using this app is that they allowed you to upload your own picture. Obviously it has to be government approved type of picture, white background, two x two, all of that. But at least you're able to take it in the comfort of your own home instead of having to go somewhere to get your picture taken. It has made it really easy. I got a little background, I guess, on my application. Ms. Anna was really amazing to help me let me know what the process was going to be, that they're reviewing my application, that my photo was approved, certain information that I submitted was approved, and what I was going to need to do once I received my package. She was amazing. She went thoroughly through my application and let me know of any changes that needed to be done or not done or like I said, any documents that I needed to submit as well. Overall, I've had a great experience using the government plus app. If you're like me and you hate going to government facilities, give it a try.
