Verified reviewPlaced a passport application on 1/19/24. When I followed up with them this past week they have NOT even processed the application yet. They, ONLY AFTER my email, have claimed they did not verify the email and needed a new signature. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Plus, now I have to wait till they send me the applications and then I HAVE TO SEND it off....What was the point of paying them anything. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY - They DO NOT provide the service they claim too.

Review collected by a third partyI received an email today with my TSA Travel Number and it disappeared off my phone and computer. I contacted launch assistant and explained the Problem to Anna. She was extremely helpful and seemed to understand the situation. She was able to get me the information I desperately needed in a timely manner. Review collected by a third partyWhat a complete and utter waste of time. I heard good things about this site and wanted to give it a try for my passport renewal. I targeted travel 14 weeks after initially filling out my passport renewal, which they made seem like my answers would fill out the form and send it in for me. I will say, probably my fault for missing some small print that says they send it to your home after I already submitted. Ok, how long can that really take? Well....five weeks to receive the paperwork at my home, missing the picture I uploaded and still having to go to Walgreens to do a passport photo later, I was absolutely livid. After the time it took for me to receive the packet, to then have to submit the renewal, is crazy. I didn't choose expedited initially since I had 14 weeks until travel, now I have 8 and it just went in the mail (the same day I received the packet) and isn't addressed to the expedited government office. Sure, I can call after they receive it to now pay for expedited service, but feels like I shouldn't have had to. Terrible, terrible service for the time and cost. Never again.
