Review collected by a third partyI want to say I used the 24/7 on line chat service on a Sunday evening because I could not find any of my information to track status of my passport. Layla not only found my information, she provided me the proper site and instructions step by step to get registered and review my status. She also found and graciously disclosed I had duplicate paid some fees and promptly submitted me a refund of the overpayment. Then, patiently assisted me in getting the final steps completed to submit my passport renewal. I cannot stress how very grateful I am for Layla ‘s customer service!

Verified reviewAfter completing the forms and finalizing everything, a message popped up confirming that my passport paperwork would be dispatched shortly. Feeling relieved, I anticipated receiving my passport within the 8-10 week timeframe, leaving me ample time before my trip. However, three weeks later, I received a package from Gov , which initially seemed prompt. Upon opening it, I discovered it contained only forms and instructions to collect additional documents and schedule a Post Office appointment to initiate the process. Needless to say, I was infuriated. What was the $80 payment for if all they did was print out and mail the forms I had already filled? Not only have I wasted three weeks, but now my passport won't be processed in time for my trip unless I expedite it, incurring further expenses. To add insult to injury, half of the filled-out forms they provided were blank. Despite spending over an hour in conversation with them, all I received was a dismissive "Sorry you misunderstood our service." Clearly, it's more efficient for everyone to handle this process independently rather than relying on Gov .
