Review collected by a third partyA representative from GOV whose name is "Mia" was able to verify that I had submitted and paid for multiple applications for a renewal of TSA Pre Check and was able to refund the overpayment. For Passport renewal she also provided information of one more step that needed to be completed and the way of finishing and submitting that application. GOV was a very convenient way to renew both applications online and quickly. It's possible to make a mistake and it was reassuring to have live person help to resolve those issues. I have recommended this to others including, most importantly, my wife!
