Review collected by a third partyI had a bit of worry on the status of my passport being sent back, since there wasn't that much workers at my locaL post office. The lady who help me at the Gov help to clarify a few things. I'm hopefully will be able to get my renewed passport in a few weeks or so. I did pay for the expatiated service. Without that, it would take a lot longer to receive. I'd update, when I get my passport. If possible.

Review collected by a third partyGov made the process quite simplified, and my customer service rep was very helpful on the chat line. Basically what they are doing is completing the whole package for you personally to submit to the government. That's what the fees are for and then they will provide you with the application a mailing envelope and a check made out to the government to include in that package along with your existing passport and then you will mail that completed package free to the government.
