And with and extremely important trip coming up i cannot afford any hiccups with my passport. i reached out to a rep via chat. thinking this was going to be just like every other live chat out there. Someone who doesnt care and isnt really concerned with my issue. But to my surprise i was paired with an agent by the name Kristy. When i say that Customer was Top Notch. That would be a complete understatement. there isnt enough words describe how well this agent took care of me. Over chat especially. Where did Govplus find employees like this? Never have i been treated with suck respect and with such assertiveness. My issue was resolved and even escalated more than i asked for. Kristy is without a true angel. 5 stars simply is not enough for the customer service i received. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS EITHER.

He also set my expectations for when I will hear back about my package and ultimately receive my renewed passport! So far, so good with Gov !

Verified reviewThis is just a scam to take your money for something you can do at half the price yourself. I applied to renew my passport and it was downhill from there. They sent me the wrong forms to begin with. Then, they "fixed it" but I never got the corrected forms. Called to find up the hold up on the corrected forms and they did not have anything on file. Then they starting asking me for my information as if it was not all in the system. All this to just tell me they would send me the form for me to print at home. I can do that myself!!!!!! This is the biggest waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
