Review collected by a third partyI used this service for my TSA Prech3ck & Passport renewals. TSA was done very quickly. Passport NOT so quickly. Started the Passport process in January & only because I talked to someone today was it finally verified and pushed through. Now have to wait for 7 days to receive their package, which then has to be sent to the Government! That could take another 8-10 weeks. Glad I didn't need my passport this year, cause looks like I will be fortunate to get it by the end of the year. 😡
