Review collected by a third partyOne of the most painful and time consuming processes that is advertised as 5 minutes and your passport will be processed and sent to you????? I WOULDN'T recommend this to anyone. They make it difficult, very difficult. My credit card company called because they were filling out multiple forms and applications for my passport????? Best of luck to anyone who uses this service? After this survey I probably won't receive my passport for about a year and a half? Happy Easter Weekend to everyone and good luck.

Today, in preparation for my appointment, I reviewed my email and saw that the address was not valid. I used the online chat format to get clarification. Matt helped me. He was able to give me the specific address and phone number for my appt. He was quick and courteous. I am very glad I used the online chat. My confirmation email had a map showing me the wrong location and the building where it showed me to go was not located on a street.....I would have been in the wrong place...in Perot Field (probably in a restricted area). Thank you Matt for helping me!

Verified reviewI would give 0 stars if possible, I paid to have a passport renewed, did not feel like writing a check to the government pay the extra fee and have a third party company take care of it no problem, thought oh this will be easy and quick submitted all my information and was put in limbo over a month to where I had to reach out to see what was going on with my application, turns out out I needed to fix some things not a problem, but there lack of communication was insane they did not care at all that they put me in a bind and when asked if they could ship out my package over night they just refused, I would not use unless you want to wait and never hear from them regarding anything. Then when I got someone on the phone which was hard to begin with they would not help at all. I just ended up doing it my self and getting a refund cause they took too long
