Review collected by a third partyCompany services are very deceiving. Was expecting a passport in the mail, which is my own mistake and too good to be true. Instead found I was still waiting for a packet from them that pre fills my passport for me and I have to bring in myself and wait for a passport still. That being said, when I learned this I voiced my issues and was able to get a refund, so customer service is given an A . That being said I'm in a panic to get my passport immediately and wasted far too much time with this application for something I could have done myself without any service fees.
