Review collected by a third partyAll was well until today, when I tried to apply for TSA Pre-Check and got a notice to apply for Passport Pre-Check... Then I was charged for both. I didn't need a Passport PreCheck, My Passport was just renewed and does not expire until October 2031. I did receive excellent, fast help from the Chat Box (Ivy) and my refund is pending for the Passport Pfe-Check. TY for your help Ivy. Susan

Verified reviewgood idea but you have to check your status constantly...I had an error in my application because of the photo I uploaded for my passport but I never received any mail form support asking me to correct this situation...the picture was accepted by the system initially but after a couple of days I decided to check my status, finding that I had an error that blocks the entire process.. that was so frustrating because I lost many days on my passport application for this lack of communication from processing team..
