Matt, the representative on the chat, was amazing. He quickly found the 2 additional charges and had them refunded. He then took the time to review the completed passport application and had me submit a new picture after which he reviewed and approved the completed application. A Service

Verified reviewIn the beginning I thought it was so much easier and they keep charging you and charging you until you get the end then either you gonna have to pay $130 for government fee which is OK or $190 for faster delivery and you’re paying extra $114 for giving your information which you can do this 130 or $190 at any government building and faster and faster delivery

Gov has a great way to gather your info and renew your passport and passport card. You as the buyer of their services would make it easier to obtain “Trusted Traveler†(SENTRI, GLOBAL TRAVELER, and TSA pre-check)….Gov is easy as pie! I highly recommend Gov if you want to easily renew your passport, social security card, among other things. 10 of 10 on their service.
