They did refund me when I immediately reached back out, but also implied I didn’t read the description. Product is not as described- Office 2019 is a downloaded local version of office. Office on the web is a service offered for free by Microsoft, entirely web based and FREE to use. Do not purchase a fake license here, just google it. Buyer beware, not a legit offering.
