Verified reviewI purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 on August 7. I downloaded the program from the link I received from Digital Maze. When the program was downloaded I got a message that it was Office 365 and my subscription had expired. The computer I downloaded the link on was a new computer and never had Microsoft Office products installed on it. So I emailed the support because you can only reach a person in their office Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 eastern time, but their web page said their support team responds on the weekend. I emailed support screenshots of the messages I was received. Kenneth with the support team responded and told me I must have Office 365 already on my computer and he send a link to remove all Microsoft programs and then said to reinstall the link from their previous email. I ran the install, checked my programs to ensure that no Microsoft Office programs was on the computer, then I reinstalled from the link previously sent when I purchased the produce. After installing I got the same message that Office 365 subscription expired. I then emailed Kenneth, which was less than an hour after he emailed me the uninstall link, the screen shots showing the only Microsoft program installed in my list of programs was Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019. As of today 8/9/21 at 5:40 pm central time I still do not have a working product and there is no way for me to speak to a person as their hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm eastern standard time. I am on central time and work Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm. I have emailed them for a 3rd time and still waiting on a response.
