    Excellent rapid response/shipment of supplies for printers. Videos are a bit hard to follow at times and only cover newer models. Struggle to find documentation on older Primacy printer. Support has been fairly easy to contact and point us in right direction.

    The printer has never printed anything. Support said I needed new ribbon and still the machine gets jammed. I called again to return the printer because it does not work and your customer support representative that answered could not find anyone to help me.

    The whole experience was not very helpful. The loner we received was different than the one we had, so we didn't have ribbon to be able to print. y'all were going to send some, we never received it. We had faculty and students that needed badges, we were unable to make them. It took several attempt to get the mailing label to send ours in for repairs, now we are having the same issues to return the loaner. We like the printer when it is working. We are hoping that it will be better this time.

    Their pricing is not competitive. We were in the market for a new ID badge maker and I reached out to IDville to get some information. They had the machine we wanted, but they wanted $1600 more than another vendor for the same machine. Their supplies are also heavily inflated. Our IDville rep was phenomenal and did a great job of following up, unfortunately their pricing just isnt competitive.

    I asked for a copy of the receipt since we had to pay for the item up front with our company credit card, as I am sure it is that way with all companies. I did receive a email but no invoice was attached, however I was able to use the packing ship as the invoice, so I'm just glad the order was received before the end of the month.

    The new printer never worked. The tech guy said it was a bad batch of ribbon ink. They where going to send new ones, but they are back order until 2/28/23. I need the printer daily for our employees ID cards. Not happy with all the round around I received.

    Usually everything is great when I place an order. This time, I approved the order and it was supposed to be place on 01/30/23 and it was supposed to take 5 days. I called 2/14/23 to check on the order and the order had just been approved on 2/13/23. I requested my rep call me and I never heard from her and now the order is really late and I still have not heard from my rep. I am not happy at this time.

    I recently had my badge maker repaired by this company, and I have to say I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they had my machine up and running in no time. What impressed me the most was how quickly they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it - it was clear that they had a lot of experience and knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of fast, reliable badge maker repairs.

    Very Unprofessional - we needed the product the next day and the customer service representative. failed to verify the information in time so the product could not be shipped. we mentioned the importance of receiving the item, she simply could have call me back. needless to say, when I called back, she could have resolved the issue in time, but no attempt was made to ensure we met our expectations.

    Sales Rep. Kim Schuler was very professional and helpful. I have only positive things to say regarding my correspondence with her. Technical Support Rep. Lindsey Phillips was kind and helpful as well. I am not pleased that we received a printer with a defective LCD and were told that we needed to ship the machine back for repair on our cost. Our quote also referenced that 300 PVC cards would be included in the shipment; however, 200 were missing upon receipt. Kim was responsive to our concerns, and we received the missing PVC cards in a separate shipment, as well as a prepaid return label after requesting that the situation be remedied. Thank you for making an initially unpleasant experience better.

    1. We received a new printer and the color film melted and tore on each card, they sent us a new cartridge, (charging us shipping). 2. They insist they sent our printer to another state and therefore have the incorrect school name, address, and contact name. I have spoken to three departments about correcting our information and to no avail. 3. The replacement cartridge stuck to the cards and tore as well, so I asked them to send us a new printer ASAP because I had 50 students who need IDs to go to clinicals. I have not heard from them again.

    The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because the ribbon that came with the printer caused an error code, saying it was the wrong ribbon. They sent a replacement at no charge (a year later because that is when I got back to working on it) and no more error code.
