  Order came very fast. That was great. However, the invoice that was included shows we owe $.01. Somehow, our discount was lowered from $50 to $49.99. I sincerely hope they aren't expecting us to pay them that penny. In addition, the item we ordered was the carabiner LED. The ad says "Turns on and off with the push of a button", however it is NOT a push button. It is a slide button that is much harder to turn on and off. We took an informal survey and all of us agree, we would prefer the push button on/off. I don't believe they set out to be deceptive, but it turns out that it is because it was not what we expected based on the wording. Still a nice product, though.

  I like this company. Where can you go and get lifetime support on your system. it's easy to order supplies right from the tool bar you are working on. You do not have to get out of the program to do that. The HELP line is very responsive and will help you at any level.

  The sales rep was outstanding. My order shipped and received within 2 days of ordering. My only complaint that keeps me from giving five stars is the incessant emails I receive from the parent company Baudville. If I knew I would receive 3-4 emails a day from them I would not have purchased from this company.

  I had to contact IDville's Customer Service to get a tax-exemption. The person I spoke to was prompt, knowledgeable and got the form to me before I hung up the phone. I returned the form to her and the order was placed and shipped the same day. I dealt with a real person and not automation. IDville has a great Customer Service staff and Order Fulfillment Department.

  The order was incomplete when it was received, there are no instructions as to set-up or begnning. Had some issues and contacted Tech-Support. Support wasnt real clear, videos included from support did nothing to help, ended up figuring things out on my own. Not overly impressed so far......

  I was going to hold off on this review but it has now been over a week with the printer and I have yet to print a quality looking ID. Out of the box, the printer is leaving visible artifacts under pictures and logos. I have been working with tech support since the day I took the printer out of the box. So far we have just updated the printer driver (to replace the out of date driver that I downloaded from the IDVille website a couple of days before) and firmware and changed brightness settings to try and resolve the print quality issues. It didn't. I have had trouble getting in contact with the tech that I am working with and will commonly go a couple days between contacts (this may be due to my busy schedule as well). The last thing I did was open the side of the printer and take a picture of the internals to send off to the manufacturer. Normally, when I receive defective hardware out of the box, I am able to send it back in for a replacement. I have never been asked to troubleshoot a brand new product. Tech support and I have now gone through 16 cards and 16 cards worth of printer ribbon. I wonder if they will offer to replace the wasted supplies. I will gladly update this review if and when I have a correctly functioning ID printer. Until then, it will remain 2 stars.

  The people are great! Everyone is so very helpful. We received our orders extremely fast. If there were any problems at all, they were right there to help fix everything. Even if it wasn't their fault, but the fault of the delivery driver. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
