  I placed an order on Dec 28 for a nameplate and it was never received. When I chatted with a representative about it, they couldn't find the order number and I had to reorder the nameplate. It wasn't a huge deal, just kind of frustrating.

  This was my 2nd time placing a call for an order. The rep was very helpful. She gave me pricing and then a grand total. I did not have the card on my and had to go get it and she offered to hold on while I get the payment method ready. The process of calling to place an order was easier for me than going online to place the order. All she needed was my client number and she was able to add my name to the packages so they would come directly to me. Thank you.

  The product is fine, but I despise that any order placed online will be put on hold until you get on the phone with a rep. If I hit the buy button, what I don't need is to schedule a phone call. I already own three, which is clearly visible in my order history. I don't need to be asked if I forgot to buy replacement toner or cards.

  I placed my order with the wrong address. Heather sent the items to the corrected address and re-arranged my order with out any issues. She was very kind and helpful and my shipment was sent out promptly!!! Overall the process was smooth and Heather made sure she helped me in the best way possible- which she did!!!

  Honestly, my previous manager always made IDville appear to be slow with high prices. I found that to be completely opposite. I really enjoy working with our sales representative, Kim Schuler, she's the biggest part of what makes my experience great! We needed a new printer this year and she helped us decide on the best one for our needs and gave us a great price!

  I guess our order was overlooked. I set up the order and needed to wait to finish the order until our PO came in. Once the PO came in on August 4, 2022, I sent the PO in to Tiffany Zander at 8:15 that morning. I never heard or received anything. Didn't really think about the order for months until our ribbon ran out this week when we needed to make ID cards for our students who were lined up to donate blood. Then I remembered that we never received our order from months ago and started looking into it. It was a disappointment that I couldn't make the ID cards for the students who could not donate without one. Well, I discovered that Office Depot carries the ink cartridges and the cards and will order from them for the next time I need the items. Thank you!

  I ordered from the website and a representative called me to make sure I had the best printer for our office's needs. I was surprised when she didn't try to up sell us for a printer that did more than what we needed. I felt confident that we were getting the right printer. It was shipped and arrived quickly (within a couple of days). Set up was very easy. There were also step by step videos to help.

  Order shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Product quality good, but shipping packing left something to be desired. Product was shipped in a padded envelope which was likely crushed during shipping. The product wasn’t damaged, but the box containing the ink roller was damaged and crushed. When I opened the envelope all of the parts were loose in the package. Now sits on my spare supply shelf held together with tape.

  Had to speak with a customer service rep since was having trouble placing my order online. My call was answered quickly. The person I spoke to was clear and friendly, provided great service and helped make sure I was ordering the correct products for my machine. Order arrived in 2 days!

  Our Advantage + printer was not pulling cards from the hopper. Turns out the printer needed cleaning! Tried the cleaning cards we had but they didn't work. Found out those might have been the originals from 2015, was able to order new cards and cleaned the printer two times. Works like a charm now!
