  I had purchased Office Pro 2016 and Visio 2016 from Digital Maze back in April 2019. Back then it was a great experience so I decided to purchase Windows 11 Pro and Office 2021 Pro Plus again from Digital Maze. Once again, the experience is positive and very good. This is a great website with excellent customer service.

  I have used this site in the past with no issues, however recently I made a purchase and no product key was provided. I had to send several emails and requested a refund after no resolution within 48 hours. Digitalmaze provided a product key after 48 hours and ignored the refund request with no explanation. Email communication mentioned a 10% refund for inconvenience which was never processed or received. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

  Product keys worked. It is great to have access to lower cost standalone licensing. I don't need 5 devices worth of certain software like Project or Visio and their standard pricing is such that I couldn't justify the purchase. Digital Maze is a great option. How often do you actually wipe a computer and start over? Just be aware that some of the licenses are one time install only.

  The instructions are miserable. I was sent a Windows proof of purchase code which was invalid, repeated requests to be sent a working code and never did they reply with a working code. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to get my back to return my money.

  I made the purchase, completed the download, and tried multiple times to use the product key. Each time it told me that it was registered to another user. The only means of contacting the seller was via a hard to find email address. My bank contacted me questioning the purchase, as this company raised red flags with them. Thankfully they were quick to respond and gave me a legitimate product key, but I am still questioning if they are truly an authorized seller. If buying again. I'd opt for a different company.

  The only problem was I had to figure out how to apply my license key or Office 365 on my own. I tried to get support from your sight and couldn't I had to google for help and found out enough to do it my self I just tried to log on to the sight to refresh my memory on the support attempt. I couldn't log in. I tried to recover my password. It said it didn't know my email address even though you sent me invoices to that address. No Obvious support option if you cannot log in. So how are people supposed to get support with your credentials? Not good. Do better.

  Order process was very well organized and delivered as advertised. Good pricing for one time license. Only glitch was the instructions assumed you had Microsoft 365 installed but I had MS Office for Mac 2019. It basically worked the same but the licensing doesn't happen immediately and activating Microsoft 365 is what activates the license, it's not a subscription. A bit confusing but it worked as Digital Maze advertised.
