  I have purchased from Digital Maze multiple times and it's been great. This time around I was redeeming a 15% coupon from my previous purchase. There was a very quick response to my email with the coupon. I also appreciate the ease of sign up to the downloaded software.

  third purchase for me over 2 years and each time worked with no issue getting the key applied and Microsoft happy! This last purchase, I ordered a MAC version in error but a few minutes after submitting a request to pull it back and re-post as PC version, I got the new keys!

  I made the purchase, completed the download, and tried multiple times to use the product key. Each time it told me that it was registered to another user. The only means of contacting the seller was via a hard to find email address. My bank contacted me questioning the purchase, as this company raised red flags with them. Thankfully they were quick to respond and gave me a legitimate product key, but I am still questioning if they are truly an authorized seller. If buying again. I'd opt for a different company.

  After following the trouble shooting instructions I was still unable to install Office on my new Dell laptop running Windows 11. I finally gave up in frustration (and yes I did delete the subscription based Office suite that came with the laptop).

  I placed and an order and within one minute, I received five emails with all of the information needed to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 - Full Version. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 - Full Version is very easy to install, just follow the given instructions to the T and the software download and install will work perfectly. I upgraded form Office 2007 Pro and all is working as planned.

  I have been purchasing from Digital Maze for several years and have never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact they have all been very positive. The products have been delivered in a very timely manner and you would be hard to beat the price. I have purchased many of their products and the experience has always been the same.   Sold a code that was already used - took a week to tell us that they didn't have any keys in stock. Took two weeks to get product and lost valuable onboarding time at new position. Product is great - but I needed it the day I purchased it - not over two weeks later.

  The support I received from Kevin was concise and timely. The procedure to uninstall the old version and install the new version was cumbersome, and I'm in IT! Doesn't say much for me I suppose. But it was not intuitive.

  The only problem was I had to figure out how to apply my license key or Office 365 on my own. I tried to get support from your sight and couldn't I had to google for help and found out enough to do it my self I just tried to log on to the sight to refresh my memory on the support attempt. I couldn't log in. I tried to recover my password. It said it didn't know my email address even though you sent me invoices to that address. No Obvious support option if you cannot log in. So how are people supposed to get support with your credentials? Not good. Do better.

  Order process was very well organized and delivered as advertised. Good pricing for one time license. Only glitch was the instructions assumed you had Microsoft 365 installed but I had MS Office for Mac 2019. It basically worked the same but the licensing doesn't happen immediately and activating Microsoft 365 is what activates the license, it's not a subscription. A bit confusing but it worked as Digital Maze advertised.

  There are so many scams out there selling Microsoft products but I've only found DM to be valid. I've purchased 3 copies of MS Office and they have all been registered to my Microsoft account without any issues. I highly recommend them.

  Digital Maze is great. Our equipment has Office 365 which we are replacing with office licenses. Some devices are Windows 10, and some are Windows 11. On Windows 10, installation was much smoother (and uninstalling 365). Windows 11 is more problematic. Same issues on 3 Windows11 devices. When uninstalling 365, it comes back in with license anyway and doesn't want to let licenses take effect. Instructions should be articulated and made available for replacing 365 on Windows 11 vs. Windows 10 devices. We have not requested assistance on this yet, and are hopeful that the problems will clear up when the 365 subscription on our devices completely runs out. If not, surely Digital maze will have some answers. Thank you. Help desk is efficient and quick.

  I bought Microsoft Windows 11, Office Pro, Project Pro, and Visio Pro. Digital Maze then emailed me the License Keys, instructions, and a link to download the software from Microsoft and to register with Microsoft. After I registered the items with Microsoft, Mocrosoft officially sent me the same License keys again. All software worked. Quick and easy.

  My Computer required a Microsoft Recovery. Office Professional Plus 2019 I had purchased from Digital Maze in 2019 did not recover. Contacted Digital Maze Support and Erick responded very quickly. He confirmed that my previous installation was with a previous Company Microsoft Account Name and the Programs could not be recovered. I asked Erick to assist me in purchasing a new Office Professional Plus 2019 installation. He emailed all the information and instructions provided with a 20% discount. The process was easy and I was back using the Programs in short order.
