  Ordering was super easy, but the download and installation was a little difficult to navigate. The only way I was able to get it to work was to click on "download all", as the individual items only downloaded the image.

  I was a little unsure about this company, because the price was so low. I checked them for a BBB rating which was good. I gave them the order for Microsoft 2019 H & B. The folks I spoke were friendly and helpful and the product was as advertised

  Happy with the product, Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 for Windows. Happy with the price. Had a small problem with the instructions and download but that was resolved after contacting customer support. They responded fairly quickly..

  I received my order and product code. After downloading Microsoft Office Professional and entering the code, I received a message stating that This product key has already been downloaded the maximum number of times. I contacted customer support and was told that there was a large number of purchases for that product and he was waiting another shipment which he expected have in a couple of hours and would ship another product key in a couple of hours, which was yesterday. This is another day and I still have not received my replacement product key, and I have not heard from customer support. I have purchased several products from Digital Maze before and they have always been excellent to to do business with.

  The software downloaded but I had problems with the authentication keys. Digitalmaze did not respond to requests for help or advice and it took multiple calls to Microsoft tech support, followed by a complete disinstall of the software and reload of a new version before I could use the program and I was unable to do any work for two days while it was sorted out. Would not recommend.

  Lately the keys I have purchased don't work. I have to contact them and get them to send a different key, sometimes 2-3 times. This last time I contacted them I have not heard back. I just lost a sale because the key did not work for a Windows 10 Home upgrade to Pro.

  I purchase Microsoft office 2016, and the product key for the license didnt work, so I had to request a new one throught a BBB (Better business bureau) complain. After I made this complain with BBB, Digital Maze sent me a new product key, and finally I was able to install the programs.

  Ii purchased Office 2019 for a reasonable price. Uninstalled MS 365 and installed this product. It took a few minor changes to get the new machine to recognize it. All appears well with the Office suite.

  I have purchased a few licenses for various computer, over all I have no issues. As far as customer Sevice it was a wait to have some issues resolved which Microsoft help to complete installation, for the price I’m very happy and it works perfectly.

  It was suggested that I look for windows 10 on your site. Was about to buy win10 pro, saw that code for black Friday. Then research conversation suggested that we needed win10, backed out of order. Then we found out that generally win10 pro would serve our needs, went to purchase again, code for black Friday was gone. Frustrated, purchased, done. Went to home page looking at other software, there on home page was the code for the black Friday discount. Well what do you say when you went not expecting a code, getting code, backing out of order, thinking it was fluke, purchased anyway, no code, then finding code later. Move along fine citizen. Enjoyed the rest of my time off and was able to get what I needed done. New system up and running, happy people. YAY!

  I had a few questions before ordering some software and the technician named **** was fabulous to work with . I ordered the Microsoft Home and Business Office 2019 and the whole experience was flawless . I had everything delivered to my inbox in about 2 minutes after the order was completed . If I need any software in the future , Digital Maze will be the only place I will go . **** ******

  There was initial confusion about which vendor this was and then its not clear if this is the full 65 bit version of Office. Now I'm trying to figure out where to move everything from the download section. Instructions were a bit incomplete.

  Loading was very difficult, online customer service support as advertised took well over 2 days for a response. I have downloaded many programs and never had difficulty. This was not a good experience.

  Digitalmaze is awesome! I ordered MS Office 2016 pro but had issues activating it and contacted customer support. Kenneth was the rep that helped me through emails and then through remote access. As there was issues with the MS Office 2016 product keys for activation, Kenneth offered an upgrade to MS Office Pro 2019 at no additional charge and the installation and activation went smoothly. Thanks digitalmaze for the awesome experience and service!

  Prompt service and quick download. They are a Microsoft dealer. Was directed to Microsoft and received credentials to down load the Microsoft 2019 Office single license software for the 32 bit processor in my 2013 Mac. My previous Microsoft Office 2013 was not compatible to the 64 bit only Apple Catalina Operating System. The updated Microsoft 2019 Office software was a solid improvement over the Microsofte 2013 software. The 2019 Microsoft Outlook was especially worth it as it has automated features to enable direct connection to google, yahoo and other mail servers. For Yahoo mail be careful as you will need to go to the Yahoo system preferences to obtain an activation code to activate Outlook. This review written in June 2020.

  I asked several questions before purchasing Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019 for Windows all of which were answered promptly, and then I asked several questions after my purchase, and again, they were all answered quickly. My only suggestion is to remove the "we'll be done in just a moment" phrase, regarding the download because it took many minutes for the download to "move" to where I thought there was a problem. There was no problem and FINALLY the download continued and all was good.
